Nobody walks all six. Most people arrive needing one or two. The whole point of the assessment is finding out which, so you start in the right place instead of the obvious one.

I actually read it.
There is no scoring algorithm here. I sit down with your twelve answers myself, because that is the only way anybody catches the thing you said in question nine.

I write your result and send it back.
One to two business days. Written for you rather than pulled off a shelf, so if you send it to me on a Friday, give me until Tuesday.

Then Own Your Pillars starts arriving.
Eight emails I wrote, one at a time, walking you through all six pillars so the one I gave you makes sense against the five I did not. More on that in a moment.
What Is Own Your Pillars?
Eight emails, roughly one a week, and they are yours whether or not you ever work with me.
One to open. Then one for each pillar: Power, Truth, Healing, Worth, Destiny and Advocacy. Then a last one about what to actually do with all of it.
I wrote them in the voice of the version of you who has already done this work. Which sounds odd until you read the first one.

FAQ
The things people ask me.
Is it actually free?
Yes, and it always will be. There is no card, no trial and no paywall halfway through.
How long until I get my result?
One to two business days. It is not instant because it is not automated. I sit down with your answers and write back to you.
Why is it not instant?
Because a machine reading twelve answers would hand you a horoscope. I can tell the difference between somebody who is stuck and somebody who is simply tired, and those two need very different advice.
Do I have to book anything afterwards?
No. A lot of people take it, use the one thing, and never write to me. That is a good outcome and I mean that.
How accurate can twelve questions be?
It is self report, so it is exactly as honest as you are. Answer for the week you are actually having, not the one you would like to be having, and it gets it right more often than people expect.
Can I retake it?
Please do. Six months is a sensible gap, and if a different pillar comes up, that is worth paying attention to.
Is this the same assessment your coaching clients take?
No. This one is twelve questions and tells you where you are standing. The one clients complete before their first session is far longer and goes considerably deeper.
Who reads my answers?
Me. Not your employer, not your manager, not anybody who might sponsor your coaching later, and not a piece of software. What you write stays between us.
